Position Vacant - Lawn Technician/Gardener

About the role

We’re on the lookout for a passionate Lawn Technician/Gardener who takes pride in always providing outstanding results! We are looking for committed people who want a career!

As the newest member of our team, you will be learning all facets of our business, including .

• Lawn renovations, including core aeration, dethatching and topdressing

• Lawn mowing maintenance, including cylinder mowing, rotary mowing, blade edging, ride on mowing and whipper snipping

• Expert pruning and trimming

• Professional hedging

• Problem diagnosis and full lawn care package development

• Turf installation, soil treatments, and soil installation

Our intention is to progress the right candidate through full training into a leading hand position

• Flexibility - 38hrs across a 4 day (Mon-Fri) week, you choose which day you would like off

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Have an eye for detail and a genuine focus on safety

• Are friendly and courteous to clients and workmates

• Enjoy being part of a hard-working team, but also able to work autonomously

• Have experience with general garden maintenance such as lawn mowing and edging, weeding, hedging and pruning or be willing to learn

• Be physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions

• Manual drivers license essential

• Experience is preferred, but not essential, you will be fully trained and supported.
